Bed and Breakfast to be rent,anytime of the year, by the weekend, week or  by the night!   Also GREAT ICE FISHING  in the winters months including ice hut! It is located on Moira Lake,  2 km outside the village of Madoc and 25 minutes north of Belleville just off of Hwy 62. We have  two bedrooms, twin sleighs beds in one, that can be pulled together to make a large king bed A queen size bed in the other bedroom plus a pull out couch in the living room Also  a wet bar,in the  large living area, 21 x 30 A large dining area 11 x 30. The  kitchen area comes with a microwave, dish washer, stove, frig. Dishes and cooking utensils also a gas BBQ outside. The tap water is 0-0 which is great to drink. A nice size  flat lot with privacy and just off  the main highway so it is easy to get to.    Should  you wish to rent by the week. (if coming for this area), the option of  bringing  your own linen is appreciated. The home is air conditioned,150 feet of water front,with a dock for your boat. This is on a landlocked lake which is approximately 5 miles long also has a river at both ends to travel along, but you cannot take your boats to other lakes from Moira Lake The swimming area has a  bedrock and sand bottom, but is shallow  for children or none swimmers great swimming, The depth at the end of the dock is about 4 - 5 feet. There is also a public sand beach  and boat launch within a 5 minute walk across the road to the other side of the lake All fully furnished with new furniture. Very very clean, and freshly renovated. The home faces west so you get the afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets There is also a wonderful restaurant, just a 5 minute walk featuring a full menu. Other restaurants in the Village of Madoc, movie rentals, skate board parks, a community pool for those of you that don't like to swim in lake water. A drug store, bank, grocery store which is an IGA. And just about anything else that you would need, all only a 5 minute drive away. Belleville has lots to offer with a Wall mart, Home Depot, restaurant, or movie theaters and The Quinte Shopping Mall  all just 25 minutes south of the house.
